Out of Kenya Soccer Game - Saturday June 17th, 1-4pm, at the
field at Garfield Elementary. Suggested donation of $3. Drinks provided. Bring your friends and family!
Lakefair Roast Beef Sales - We need three people to work the stand Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of the week of Lakefair.
And then six people for Saturday and Sunday. And that's all I know so far.
The
Kiwanis Garden- Details to be announced. But, essentially,
we would go to the garden (out Division, on 11th) with one of our Kiwanis, who would show us the ropes. Then we would be able
to go over and garden whenever we wanted during the summer. Yay!
Parents Night Out - at
the Hands-On Children's Museum. Get a Volunteer Application from Mrs. Kenyon or one of the officers. Details to be announced.
ECCO Recycles Fundraiser - This is an on-going project. ECCO Recycles will pay us up to $5 cash for every used printer cartridge
or cell phone we give them. In the fall, we will set up a big collection box or something at the school (possibly in the library
and/or the viscom classroom), but we thought it would make sense to start collecting them now. So if you have any used printer
cartridges or cell phones, bring them to any events and our officers will collect them. Thanks a million guys!
